Call for Australian Photographers
Mount Khiri is currently looking for Australian photographers to feature in an ongoing visual series titled "The Nature of Light".
The series explores the relationship between light, landscape, nature and wildlife, focusing on imagery in which light is as much the subject as the scene itself.
Submitted images should align with the tone and direction of the series, including:
- Nature, wildlife or landscape-focused work
- Strong use of natural light
- Atmospheric or emotionally resonant outdoor imagery
- Environmental conditions such as fog, rain, haze, shadows, reflections, storm light, diffused light or changing light (golden hour and blue hour)
Both emerging and established photographers are welcome to submit their work.
Successful applicants will receive:
- A complimentary pair of Mount Khiri sunglasses (of their choice*)
- Featured posts across Mount Khiri social media platforms and website
- Full credit and tagging on all published work
*Subject to stock availability.
Submission Notes
Please submit your photographs via email (contact@mountkhiri.com) or Instagram DM (@mountkhiri). Please include the following:
- A short bio (50-100 words)
- Optional: a photo of yourself to accompany featured posts
- Your social media handle(s) to be shared in featured posts
- 3-6 images relevant to the series theme
Selected photographers will be contacted directly.
Usage & Rights
Photographers will retain ownership and copyright of their images. Submitted work will only be used by Mount Khiri in connection with "The Nature of Light" series and related promotional features, with full credit given.
