Refund policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your sunglasses arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photos of the product showing the fault or damage, along with your order number.

Once the issue is reviewed, we will confirm the next steps. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection before confirming a resolution. If the fault is confirmed, we will refund the product and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
