Warranty
At Mount Khiri, we stand by the quality of our products. Every pair of sunglasses and all Mount Khiri accessories are carefully crafted and built to last, and we back them with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing only.
It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
It remains valid for one year from that date and expires at the end of the corresponding day the following year (for example, a purchase made on 15 March 2026 is covered until 15 March 2027, 11:59 PM local time).
Eligibility
Warranty claims require proof of original purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact us through our contact form.
- Include your order number, the item name, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
- We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, Mount Khiri will repair or replace your item at our discretion.
Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
